Terms and Conditions: The “RxBriefly Experience Survey Contest” (the “Contest”) is held by mdBriefCase Group Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “RxBriefCase”). The Contest begins on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on Thursday, May 21st, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. (the “Contest Period”). To be eligible to enter the Contest, you must be at the time of entry: (a) nineteen (19) years of age or older; (ii) an existing member of RxBriefCase as of Thursday, May 7, 2026; and (iii) a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec), and (iv) complete the RxBriefly Experience Survey (the “Survey”) during the Contest Period. To enter, participants must engage with the multi-part survey delivered via two (2) separate newsletters. On May 7, 2026, participants will receive the first newsletter containing multiple-choice questions. On May 14, 2026, participants will receive a second newsletter containing the final open-ended survey question and a link to the official entry form. To gain a valid entry, participants must complete all survey components, provide their full name and email address, and correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. There will be a limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, or registrations will void all of that participant’s entries. Five (5) winners will be selected at random on Thursday, June 4th, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Winners will be contacted via email at the email address provided in the Survey by a representative of RxBriefCase following the draw. Each winner is eligible to win one (1) CAD $100 prepaid purchase card. For greater certainty, each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) $100 prepaid purchase card, regardless of the number of entries they have submitted. Before being declared a confirmed winner, the selected entrant must have correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question included in the survey/entry form without assistance of any kind. Prizes will be awarded via email after the winner successfully completes the skill testing question. Any other costs or expenses associated with the prizes will be the responsibility of the prize winner. The gift card shall be accepted as awarded and is not transferable. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will RxBriefCase replace any lost or stolen prizes. RxBriefCase reserves the right to substitute all or any portion of the prizes with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value. Winners must be a natural person and cannot be a business, organization, or a non-living entity. By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of RxBriefCase, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. This Contest is not available to participants outside of Canada or to residents of Quebec, or where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Excluded from eligibility in this Contest are the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of RxBriefCase and its affiliates.
