Description
This interactive simulation is designed to strengthen pharmacists’ confidence managing real-world conversations on smoking cessation and lower-risk nicotine products after an initial treatment recommendation has been made. Participants will respond to patient questions, navigate common misconceptions, reinforce appropriate product use, and support ongoing behaviour change. The simulation focuses on helping pharmacists confidently manage the clinical situations they encounter in practice while reinforcing appropriate therapeutic selection, patient counselling, adherence, and continuity of care.
