Of particular significance is the number of people suffering from these diseases without a diagnosis, resulting in a decreased quality of life and prognosis. This program aims to help clinicians effectively recognize subtle but important warning signs of ILD and lung cancer, conduct appropriate initial investigations, and refer patients promptly to pulmonology\/respirology and\/or thoracic surgery.
