In this module, participants learn how to translate evidence into a clear, Saudi-specific Budget Impact Analysis (BIA) a core component of any HTA submission. This session teaches delegates how to construct credible budget impact projections that support policymaker and evaluator interpretations. The goal is to equip participants with the skills needed to produce decision-relevant BIAs that support payer alignment, pricing discussions, and later stages of dossier development.
