You planned early in September and held your consistency through the October peak. Now, as the season matures, the easy patients are largely vaccinated. The conversations this month are usually the harder ones. This 15-minute module is about meeting those conversations with confidence:
- A single, structured way to respond to almost any vaccine concern: We will be implementing the AIMS (Announce, Inquire, Mirror, Secure) framework
- A clear line for the whole team on which concerns to handle, and which to hand off to the pharmacist
This month in a nutshell: Vaccine hesitancy is not a “no”. It’s commonly just a patient question or two waiting for a confident answer. A structured approach (AIMS: Announce, Inquire, Mirror, Secure) lets you acknowledge the concern, address it, and still land a clear recommendation. Know your AIMS, know when the team must escalate, and never let a hesitant conversation end without a clear and tailored vaccine recommendation.
