Description du cours

Milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) is a particular component of mammalian milk and comprises a tri-layer of polar lipids, glycolipids and proteins. Lipid components have shown promise for improved neurodevelopment, as consumption of dietary lipids has been demonstrated to play a role in healthy brain development. This program will provide participants with key information about MFGM, including its role in infant brain development, with a goal to support informative discussions regarding infant nutrition.

This program has received financial support from Mead Johnson Nutrition in the form of an unrestricted educational grant.
