In the second episode of the Collaborative Care Series our pharmacist Jeff Cardew works with his staff to improve the workflow of their pharmacy. After a medication error occurs in the dispensary, Jeff calls a meeting to address the efficiency of the dispensary. Jeff also welcomes a recent pharmacy graduate to the team, who shares some ideas on how to increase the efficiency in the dispensary.
